The latest update to our Mortgage Point-of-Sale (POS) Platform features a new enhancement.
Auto Send Welcome Email to Borrowers via. LOS Import
Previously, when utilizing the Import Loan API functionality, borrowers included in the loan application did not receive the welcome email. Loan officers had to manually initiate the email process by accessing the loan and clicking a button. Consequently, borrowers experienced longer wait times for the welcome email.
To streamline this process, we have implemented a new configuration that provides more precise control over the welcome email sending. You can now specify whether the system should automatically send an email to the borrower whenever a loan is created via the Import Loan API. Furthermore, you can specify the type of borrower who should receive the welcome email, including:
- Primary borrower
- Co-borrowers
- Non-borrower owners
