We are pleased to announce the latest update (v3.08.0) designed to enhance control over 1003 data in the BeSmartee system. This update allows for modifications to be made during the mortgage application submission process, providing greater flexibility to lenders.
Enhanced 1003 Data Modification
Enhanced Editability for Critical Fields: Previously, specific fields like Marital Status or Present Address became unmodifiable after a significant event like a credit query in the loan application process. With this update, we have introduced additional configurations that empower loan officers and brokers. They can now efficiently modify all 1003 data directly within the Lender Portal or Broker Portal, even after critical events have occurred.
Expanded Control in Third-Party Origination (TPO) Flow: This release brings an important enhancement to the submission process in the Third-Party Origination (TPO) flow. Lender users now enjoy an elevated level of flexibility and control over borrower information. This improvement empowers lenders to manage and control borrower data more effectively, facilitating a smoother and more responsive origination process.
