Mortgage – v3.03.3

We are excited to announce the latest release of our mortgage Point of Sale (POS) software v3.03.3, which includes several new features and enhancements. Here are the key highlights of this release:

Including Verification of Asset (VOA) Class in Loan Data

Our software now includes a new Loan VOA class that provides VOA or VOAI metadata. This metadata may vary from vendor to vendor and can now be easily accessed through the loan file. As a result, the file’s payload now includes bank aggregation information, which can enhance the process clarity and save you troubles when it comes to tracing loan information. With this feature, you can quickly and easily access the information needed to make informed lending decisions.

Unlocking Vendor Credential Fields

In this release, we have also provided the option for admin users to view and input third-party vendor credential fields, without the need for support from us. This feature streamlines the integration process and saves time for lenders who wish to proactively integrate with third-party vendors. The feature can be enabled upon request and can be easily managed within a single page. To turn this feature on or off, please contact your BeSmartee customer service specialist. Once enabled, you (users with Admin privileges) can access the unlocked vendor credential fields by navigating to Admin (top menu bar) → Company. From there, you can input the necessary credentials and begin using your preferred vendor instantly.

One of our favorite vendors, Fee Service, along with other vendors, is ready to use when you provide the credentials on your Company configuration page.

Language Preference Section for the Borrowers

In order to comply with regulatory requirements, we have included a Language Preference section in the borrower workflow, which mirrors the Supplemental Consumer Information Form (SCIF) and is now an essential component of the application process. During the application process, borrowers will now be able to view this section on the declaration page and select their preferred language (on the Verify Declaration page). This feature can be enabled or disabled per your request. It improves the borrower’s experience while also ensuring compliance for the lenders.

Overall, these features are designed to enhance the lender’s experience with our mortgage POS software. The inclusion of VOA class and third-party credential fields streamlines the lending process and unlocks more power for lenders, while the Language Preference section improves the borrower experience and enhances compliance. We are confident that these features will provide significant benefits to you, and we look forward to your feedback.
