Nebuloan – Alternate Name Feature in BO Workflow
We’ve added support for alternate names in the BO workflow to improve consistency and flexibility across borrower-facing experiences.
When enabled, borrowers will now see an Alternate Names section in the application flow. This section allows users to enter optional first, middle, last, and suffix fields, mirroring the experience in the Loan Officer portal. These fields are fully editable during the application process and will be reflected across relevant portals to ensure data consistency. This enhancement enables a more inclusive application process for borrowers who use multiple name formats or aliases.

Bug Fix: LPA MISMO Node Population for Employment and Renovation Details
We’ve resolved an issue where the <EmploymentPositionDescription> and <AlterationsImprovementsAndRepairsAmount> nodes were not being properly populated in the LPA MISMO file. With this fix, employment position details and the amounts entered for improvements, renovations, and repairs in the transaction section are now accurately reflected in the generated MISMO output. This ensures correct and complete data transmission to LPA.
Resolved: Nova – Product Display Issue in Quick Pricing
Resolved an issue where products retrieved during Quick Pricing (QP) were not being displayed in the Nova when testing the integration with OB in the QA environment. This issue was specific to the staging environment and has now been addressed, ensuring that all products are correctly shown in the interface.
Resolved: Nebuloan – Asset Document Generation
The issue with the generation of asset reports for Nebuloan using AccountChek has been resolved. Previously, running the Verification of Assets (VOA) process resulted in the asset information importing correctly but the associated report file was not generating, displaying “n/a” instead. This issue has been addressed, ensuring that the asset report document is now successfully generated for Nebuloan.
