Mortgage Director – Enable Borrowers to Select Loan Programs

Borrowers can now independently select their desired loan program without the necessity for the product, pricing engine integration. A new dropdown, ‘Your Loan Program’, is available in the borrower workflow, allowing lenders to define the available loan programs in the LOCC admin area. Lender admins can add, remove, and reorder these loan options, including specifying both the Program Name and the Program ID. This enhancement pushes the borrower selection, along with the program ID to Mortgage Director, ensuring seamless updates and integration. Mercury Integration

This feature facilitates a one-time API registration for ordering appraisals and captures broker credentials directly in the user interface. The integration is managed at the configuration level, enabling broader applicability among lenders. V1-1315: Integrate Mercury for any TPO lender

Sensitive Information Exposure in Change Requests Resolved

The issue where broker user passwords were visible in plain text during change request approvals has been resolved. Previously, when a broker created a change request, and a wholesale user navigated to approve it, the password was displayed instead of being securely hidden. All passwords are now concealed as intended during the change request viewing process, ensuring user information remains secure.
