Borrower-Specific Document Visibility
This update enhances borrower privacy and compliance by ensuring that each borrower only sees documents specifically assigned to them. Previously, the primary borrower could view all borrower documents on a loan, including those belonging to other borrowers.
With this release:
- Borrowers now see only the documents they are authorized to access in the borrower portal.
- Lenders and admins can specify document visibility per borrower when uploading or managing documents.
- Multiple borrowers can be selected for a single document if shared access is required.
- The borrower portal dynamically updates to reflect only the documents assigned to the logged-in borrower.
This improvement provides stronger data protection and aligns with compliance requirements for multi-borrower loan files.

Beam – Credit Reissue for Non-Borrowing Spouse
Brokers can now reissue credit on loans that include a non-borrowing spouse when importing a MISMO 3.4 file. Previously, reissue actions were inactive and did not progress.
