Simplified Pre-Qualification Letters: A New Tool for Loan Officers
Loan Officers can now generate pre-qualification letters with a more streamlined form. This feature simplifies the workflow by requiring only essential borrower details, with optional fields that allow for additional flexibility. Upon submission, a new lead is automatically created, and a prequalification letter is generated using an updated template with customizable lender verbiage.

Ability To Delete Liabilities
This feature gives users the ability to remove existing liabilities, providing loan officers greater flexibility during pre-qualification and loan application processes. This introduces an X button to remove eligible liabilities, but the button is disabled for Mortgage or HELOC liabilities and those linked to Real Estate Owned (REO) records.
This feature is controlled by the existing Liabilities permission. To enable this, navigate to Manage Roles > Edit > Loan Level > Liabilities.
