We are pleased to announce the latest update to our Mortgage Point-of-Sale (POS) Platform, designed to enhance your experience and streamline your operations. This release brings several significant improvements:
1. Enhanced PDF Processing Engine
Incorporating an advanced PDF processing engine, we have significantly reduced the upload failure rate associated with password-protected PDF files and image files (PNG, JPEG, JPG, and TIF). The enhancement ensures a smoother and more reliable loan documentation process. Upload and manage your documents in two places:
- General loan document: Pipeline → Loan Application → Document tab
- Loan-related condition document: Pipeline → Loan Application → Conditions tab
2. Credit Integration Validation
We have integrated a revised testing feature for soft and hard credit pulls. This feature empowers users to verify their credit vendor credentials directly in Besmartee. This capability provides extra convenience, particularly for handling extensive loan applications and configurations. To use this feature, navigate to Admin → Company, locate the Credit section, then click on the corresponding button to test that the specified credit vendor credentials work.
3. Email Notification Controller
In this release, we introduce a mini email notification dashboard. Our platform now offers distinct opt-in/out control for emails directed toward the borrower and co-borrower(s) in a loan application. This enhancement allows more precise and targeted communication, catering to individual parties involved in the mortgage process. To see your new mini dashboard in action, navigate to Pipeline → Loan Application → History tab.
