Featured Speakers at ICE Experience Conference 2023

The ICE Experience 2023 in Las Vegas featured speakers including: Steve Young, Caterina Fake, Egypt Sherrod, Teresa Bazemore, and more.

Mortgage conferences

Over the past few years, the mortgage industry has been on a veritable rollercoaster ride. Unprecedented origination volumes that swelled in the early years of the pandemic quickly turned into a gut-wrenching plummet.

These market fluctuations have compelled lenders to reconsider their processes, and return them with digital tools that relieve the demand for human labor to better accommodate instability in the marketplace.
The upcoming 2023 ICE Experience Conference (#EXP23) will tackle these pressing industry issues and will also allow lenders to connect with key technology vendors that can help them be more efficient, scalable, and innovative.

Featured speakers include a diverse group of industry professionals and experts who will present perspectives on how these issues intersect.

To kick off the event (pun intended) is Steve Young, Hall-of-Fame Quarterback, NFL Analyst and private equity investor.

Following his prolific football career, Young went on to earn a J.D. from his alma mater and co-founded HGGC  – a middle-market private equity firm based in Palo Alto, California. HGGC’ has over $7 billion of cumulative capital commitments and aims its investments at companies involved in updating end markets that are steeped in outdated technology.

After having innovated tech in grocery stores, automotive markets, insurance and marketing, Young has turned his keen eye and winning attitude to the mortgage market.
