Improved handling of expired Finicity bank connections
We’ve updated how our system manages older Finicity bank connections to better support borrowers who need to refresh their Verification of Assets (VOA).
With this update:
- Our scheduled Finicity maintenance process now cleanly retires bank access tokens when it removes outdated Finicity customer records.
- This helps ensure that borrowers can successfully re-import their bank data/VOA through Finicity after a prior connection has expired and been removed.
