Filter Loans by Last Modified Date
Previously, lenders had to make multiple calls to our API to retrieve all loans modified within the last 6 months and identify any changes. Now, we have enhanced the API with a filter, allowing API callers to specify a Unix timestamp to filter loans modified on or after a particular date. Key points include:
- API Modification: Our API now accepts a new filter to track the last modified timestamp within the request payload.
- Filter Functionality: When the new filter is included in the request payload, the API response will exclusively display loans that have been modified on or after the specified timestamp.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed: Missing liability’s name when the Loan Officer added ‘Other’ Alimony and Expenses in the Lender Portal.
- Fixed: Veteran (VA) Expiration Date was auto-populating incorrectly.
- Fixed: Co-borrowers were not required to proceed through the borrower workflow to complete their information after being added through the Lender Portal.
- Fixed: The pre-qualification upgrade cleared out the Sales Price on the Transaction tab, causing loan product ineligibility.
- Fixed: The branch logo name was not displayed on the password reset page.
