Mortgage – v3.06.1

We are excited to announce the latest release of the BeSmartee POS (v3.06.1). This release includes several enhancements and new features aimed at improving the efficiency and functionality of the platform. Below is a summary of the key updates:

1. Enhanced get-loan-data API

We have made multiple minor enhancements to the get-loan-data API, specifically to facilitate easier integration and data retrieval for our partners. Updates include:

  • Unix timestamp for date data
  • Easy tracking of conditions data
  • Improved use of arrays and objects for data classes

(FDT-760)

2. Extended Metadata for DataCredit Class

We have added additional metadata for the DataCredit class, providing more comprehensive information for both borrowers and loan officers.

The added metadata includes ID, name, and type designation, indicating whether the credit data is borrower-driven or loan officer-driven. This enhanced metadata empowers lender users to make more informed decisions based on the specific source and relevance of the credit information. (FDT-753)

3. Branch Office Phone Number in Email Marketing:

We have introduced a merge field for email marketing that incorporates the branch office phone number. This enhancement streamlines communication by providing recipients (borrowers) with a direct contact number, fostering better engagement, and facilitating seamless communication with the mortgage branch office. 4. Bulk Officer Profile Upload for Broker Admins

In response to your feedback, we have enabled the bulk officer profile upload for the broker admins. As a broker admin, you can now upload multiple loan officer profiles from a single CSV file and have the system automatically create all new loan officer profiles, instantly available to use. Upon completion of the upload, you will receive a confirmation message and report detailing which loan officers were successfully uploaded and highlighting any errors or missing information for those that were not uploaded. This will assist you in quickly identifying and rectifying any issues that may arise during the upload process. (FDT-610)
