We are excited to announce the latest release of our Mortgage POS update, introducing significant enhancements to the Realtor (Agent) Portal and Document API.
Realtor Portal Improvements
We have brought the working improvements from the Lender Portal to empower realtors with a more streamlined and efficient experience.
- Logo Display Fix: We have resolved an issue where the logo was displayed incorrectly in a rare situation. Your branding will now be consistently showcased on the Realtor Portal.
- Enhanced Document Function: We bring the enhancement to the realtor users, so they can view all the generated pre-qualification letters (or other documents) in order.
- Document Metadata: We have expanded the document detail view for realtor users, providing comprehensive information at a glance. The following metadata is now visible for each loan document:
- Created Date
- Sales Price
- Down Payment
- Loan Amount
- Term
- Amortization
- Rate
- APR
In addition, all generated loan documents are now automatically sorted by their created date. This ensures that realtors can effectively navigate and process information from the documents. (FDT-562)
Improved Accuracy for Download Document API
With the latest update to the Download Document API, users can now request a specific document ID and receive only the requested document. This enhancement improves the accuracy and efficiency of document retrieval, enabling you to seamlessly access important loan documents throughout the platform in a programmatic way using our APIs.
